Times

  • 6 LIVE weekly classes (Saturday or Sunday) live classes via Zoom
  • 4 self-paced modules (time required 1 hour a week = 4 hours)
  • Sessions are 2 hours each with a 10min break in the middle
    • 10am - 12pm EST
    • 1pm - 3pm EST / 10am - 12pm PST
    • 4 - 6pm EST / 1 - 3pm PST
