What your teen learns
Part 1, Wall Street 101 (October 3 to 18): how the stock market works, the language of Wall Street, stocks and bonds, reading a stock chart, how a company goes public, who the players are, and how to evaluate an investment opportunity.
Part 2, Investing & Trading (October 24 to November 8): technical analysis and when to buy and sell, fundamental analysis and how to pick good stocks, risk management, what moves the market, what to do when it drops, managing a portfolio, and custodial account information for students and parents.
Then the Cup (January 11 to February 27): they put all of it to work against students from around the world, with Annaline coaching them every week.
