Times

  • LIVE classes Monday - Friday via Zoom
  • Sessions are 2 hours each with a 10min break in the middle
    • 10am - 12pm EST
    • 1pm - 3pm EST / 10am - 12pm PST
    • *** Attend ONLY one of the daily sessions
